We need people with life experience to share their skills with men participating in the Navigate Initiative. From the practical and mechanical to the musical and academic, your skills can help prepare people for life outside the wire.

It’s great if you can volunteer your time on an ongoing basis, but if you are able to offer a short period of regular sessions or provide a one off skills-based training we would love to hear from you too.

All volunteers will be provided with an induction and ongoing volunteer support from Pathway Trust.

Volunteers will need to be able to travel independently to Christchurch Men’s Prison and agree to comply with all Department of Corrections regulations and codes of conduct.

If this sounds like something you can help with, please fill in our online Volunteer Application Form and we will be in touch when we have a volunteer opportunity that suits your skills and availability.

Do you have more questions? Take a look at our Community Skills Bank FAQ page or please contact us at info@pathway.org.nz.
