Earlier this year, journalist Paddy Gower paid a visit to Christchurch's new One NZ Stadium to find out how it all came together.

He ended up talking to Elmer Coljin, who had spent ten months installing 5,000 of the stadium's seats as part of our Oak Tree Devanning and Alloyfold team.
Elmer's story is a good one. The maths he didn't expect, the 18 kilometres of metal framing laid before a single seat went in, and the moment the last one finally did.
The piece also touches on what the project meant for the wider team, many of whom faced real barriers to finding work before coming on board.
Paddy filmed a short video to go alongside the article. Both are worth a few minutes of your time.
