Kia ora Pathway friends and supporters
Our local and global community finds itself in extraordinary and volatile times, as we face the COVID-19 pandemic. Our thoughts and prayers are extended around the globe to communities far and wide, to those frontline healthcare workers who are working tirelessly to support those at risk, through to those isolated and quarantined, and those essential service providers who are working around the clock to ensure we have access to the provisions we need.
As our people based in New Zealand face their second day in lock-down, we wanted to provide our customers and communities with some important information regarding our various business activities.
Pathway Trust - Reintegration, Employment, Affordable Housing, He Kete
The Government has not deemed the work of Pathway Trust as Essential Business. This means that the work of the Trust, which can be undertaken in our staff’s homes, can continue, however any work physically required in the community or face to face with our Tu Ora and Wahine is not possible at this time.
Social support is still happening via telephone and video conferencing, from the safety of our support workers homes. Our Tu Ora and Wahine have all been made aware of the circumstances and we are confident that we can continue to provide the vital support, assistance, and care that our clients need.
Any enquiries or questions regarding Pathway Trusts social services can continue to be directed to us on: email@example.com
Oak Tree Devanning
We have had written confirmation from the New Zealand Government (MBIE) that Oak Tree operations may continue to operate, in the capacity of devanning for ‘Essential Services’, such as food supplies and essential freight services.
Our customers who are classified as an Essential Service provider may continue to access Oak Tree and our devanners.
Oak Tree’s operations have been modified to ensure we follow the strict requirements outlined under the Government's mandates. Devanning will be undertaken by a reduced number of people, to allow us to best manage the two metre social distancing rule, heightened PPE/PPC will be worn at all times, sanitisation products have been provided and will be heavily used by all our team, and daily health check ins will commence with each devanner.
For customers who have their own extended precautions, we will work within their guidelines and requirements.
We appreciate this is a time of much uncertainty and strain, and we want to assure our Essential Service customers and partners that we will support your critical and urgent business needs as best we can. Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can increase our service support for you at this time.
For our clients who are non-operational for the coming weeks, please do continue to keep in touch with our Oak Tree Operations Manager, Sandra Ross, so we can be prepared and resourced to support you once again, once business resumes.
Much like Oak Tree, Alloyfold has received confirmation that we can continue to operate, supporting Essential Services in New Zealand. Our Australian and American operations are currently fully operational, as are most of our manufacturing facilities across the globe.
Alloyfold is a wholesale distributor of a number of sanitation products, including portable handwash stations, portable showers and toilets, and sanitation products such as toilet chemicals and hand sanitizer. Our priority at this time is to bring these essential products to businesses, organisations, Government departments and individuals.
Due to the New Zealand Alert Level 4 lockdown, our New Zealand-based sales representatives are all working remotely. We are still accepting orders, quoting, and processing queries remotely, so our customers can be assured of the usual Alloyfold customer service.
At this time, we are not dispatching orders out of our New Zealand warehouse, unless this is for the provision of products for Essential Service providers.
