Employment for the Disadvantaged

Oak Tree Labour Hire is a division of Pathway Trust. Many of our workers have been long-term unemployed or may have come from disadvantaged backgrounds, but Oak Tree's philosophy allows them to progress within the work environment. Oak Tree offers employment opportunities for those who may not otherwise find work. It provides strong support for employees through the guidance of Team Leaders, Social Workers and encouraging colleagues.

Social Work support for Employees

Many of our Labour Hire employees have few social supports, little if any, parent or family support. This leaves them without the guidance on how to deal with life issues which many of us take for granted: how to budget, resolve conflict positively or get a flat to live in. Pathway aims to fill these gaps through our social work support and enable employees to stay focussed on work commitments.
